Computer Systems Design and Supply, End to End

BlackTrade provides computer systems design and computer integrated systems design services alongside the international procurement and logistics needed to turn a specification into working hardware. One team owns the design, the sourcing, the integration, and the delivery.

Most buyers face a split world. Design consultants draw diagrams but do not ship goods, and traders ship goods but do not design systems. BlackTrade was built to close that gap. Our engineers produce the architecture and our trading desk sources, inspects, and ships the hardware that brings it to life, so the client deals with one accountable partner from the first call to the final handover.

01

Computer Systems Design

We design complete computer systems around the work they must perform. Every engagement starts with a requirements workshop that captures the operating environment, the workload, the growth plan, and the budget ceiling. From that baseline we produce a component-level specification, a compatibility map, and a bill of materials that leaves no ambiguity for the sourcing desk.

Each design balances raw performance against durability, power draw, and serviceability. We prefer proven platforms over experimental ones, because a trading house survives on dependability, not on risk taking with a client investment.

02

Computer Integrated Systems Design

Computer integrated systems design joins hardware, software, and networks into a single working whole. We map the interfaces between servers, storage, workstations, and peripheral equipment, and we define how each component communicates before a single unit is ordered. This eliminates the integration surprises that arrive when parts are bought in isolation.

The output of this stage is a written integration plan: network topology, addressing scheme, power and cooling requirements, and a phased deployment sequence. The plan becomes the contract between design, sourcing, and installation teams, so everyone works from the same document.

03

Hardware Procurement and Sourcing

Our sourcing desk buys processors, memory, storage, displays, and networking equipment from qualified manufacturers and authorized channels. Every supplier holds a current quality file, and every quote is returned with a firm price, a lead time, and a delivery commitment that we are prepared to stand behind.

For volume buyers we build framework agreements that lock pricing over a season and reserve manufacturing capacity in advance. This converts unpredictable spot buying into a planned supply stream with predictable costs.

04

Configuration and Assembly

Systems leave our facility fully configured, tested, and documented. We install operating systems, load firmware to current revisions, run burn-in tests, and record serial numbers and test results for every unit in the batch. The client receives a system that works on arrival, not a box of parts that needs a specialist to assemble.

Custom labeling, asset tags, and preinstalled software images are handled at the same stage. When you open the crate, the equipment matches your internal standard exactly.

05

Deployment and Integration

For larger installations we coordinate deployment on site, working with your local technicians or through our partner network. Racks are populated, cabling is laid to the integration plan, and systems are brought online in the phased sequence defined at the design stage, with each milestone verified before the next begins.

Acceptance testing is documented and signed at handover. From that moment the client holds a complete record of what was delivered, how it was configured, and how it should be maintained.

06

Maintenance and Support

After handover, BlackTrade remains reachable. Our support line answers around the clock, and spare parts and replacement units are held for the models we sell so that failures do not become extended downtime. Warranty handling is administered from a single point, no matter which factory produced the component.

We also offer refresh planning for aging fleets, helping you retire equipment on a schedule that protects performance and controls cost instead of waiting for failures to force the decision.

How We Work

A Process Built for Predictability

Every project moves through the same five gates. Each gate must pass before the next begins, and each gate is documented for both parties.

STEP 01

Requirements and Discovery

We capture the operating reality, workload, budget, and growth plan in a written brief that both parties approve.

STEP 02

Architecture and Specification

Engineers produce the system design, integration map, and a component list with no ambiguity left for interpretation.

STEP 03

Sourcing and Quotation

The trading desk returns firm pricing and lead times, and the specification is confirmed before any order is placed.

STEP 04

Integration and Testing

Systems are assembled, configured, and burn-in tested, with serial numbers and test records logged for every unit.

STEP 05

Delivery and Support

Shipment is tracked to the door, acceptance is documented, and the support line stays open around the clock.

ALWAYS
